Keynote Speaker: Sanjay K Juvekar, Ph.D, Vadu Rural Health Program (VRHP)

Summit Learning Objectives

  1. How to develop a federated platform for global cohort discovery, access, and integration of cloud based cohort analysis environments.
  2. How to engage, learn, and disseminate best practices from diverse IHCC stakeholders and partners with a specific emphasis on those from Low- and Middle-Income Countries and Low Resource Settings (LMIC/LRS):
    • To meet the needs of all cohorts
    • To promote inclusion in research and reduce disparities in capacity
    • To assist in workforce development to support the cohorts’ sustainability.
  3. How to deliver evergreen and agile processes for policies to promote and support the optimal development and access to the cohorts’ resources.
  4. How to catalyze and accelerate the development of the IHCC cohorts’ resources through a scientific agenda that aligns with:
    • Enhancing inclusion of diversity cohorts from LRS/LMICs and contributing to closing the existing ancestral and minority population gaps in databases
    • Enhancing cohorts’ capabilities, interoperability, and standardization for sample collection, assays, phenotypes, and digital health data.

In this summit you will hear about:

  • Where we are now in the journey
  • Emerging Data and Industry Perspectives for Longitudinal Population Cohorts
  • Challenges, Best Practices, and Lessons Learned from LMIC/LRS
